Nisan had plunged its Micra hatchback door this class with a 1.2-litre petrol engine. Now Nisan plans to set in motion the diesel motor version of the Micra by the end of this class. The Nissan Micra diesel engine will be powered by the 1.5 Director of Central Intelligence engine which powerfulnesses the Logan as well. This is a 8-valve 1461cc common-rail diesel engine that will create 64bhp of powerfulness (Same as the Logan).

The Micra diesel engine will be available in two clean cut degrees FIFTEEN and 15 premium. The FIFTEEN premium will athletics 15-inch metals as an additional. Else, everything else will stay the same on the diesel engine Micra.
